With tiny flowers of palest blue, Calamintha nepeta, not only remains green but continues to flower throughout the summer months. The light green leaves, splashed with white, emit a minty aroma when crushed. The plant is found in fields, olive groves and roadsides and likes to grow in cracks of walls and steps.
